CURATED OMEGA ZONES
Fans will have the opportunity to sign up for tournaments within each zone to battle it out on the main stage on the final day. Through out the weekend open play will be available for everyone.
NON-PROFIT INTEGRATION
ACTIVATIONS
Player Omega will provide booth spaces to multiple non-profit partners that touch on various causes that directly affect the community. Partners will be focused on mental health, the gaming community, art, and more.
PANELS
PANELS
Pro gamers will share their experiences with the audience in guided discussions about gaming and esports. Each event will have 4 curated panels with topics & panelists unique to the region.
PARENT DAYCARE
Keep your guardian occupied so you can focus on the important things with retro arcade cabinets, pinball machines, and classic consoles. This area will have comfortable seating where parents can relax and have a coffee or a beer, sit and read a comic, or they can have playtime with other parents. Attendees aged 15 and under can drop a parent or guardian free of charge at “Parent Daycare.”, all parents must be picked up each day.
cosplay/OMEGA
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION
Each Player Omega event will host a cosplay competition with celebrity judges. The winners from each city will have a chance to compete at the final date -the Grand Prize is a professional modeling contract.
COSPLAY MASTER CLASSES
As an additional experience available for purchase, attendees can take an intimate master class in a private setting with their favorite cosplayers. Geared towards more serious cosplayers, these classes will cover skills like garment construction and prop crafting.
art/OMEGA
ENDEMIC ARTIST
Artists endemic from the gaming world will create billboard-sized art, live at each event! Live painting will start Saturday and continue through Sunday. At the end of the show, each piece will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to a local charity.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
The art pieces will create prime opportunities for documentation on social media. Attendees can record videos of the art as the artists are creating it, and the completed pieces will provide backdrops for memorable snapshots.

If you’ve ever wanted to be on the fast track to success, this is your shot. Industry leaders will select group of entrepreneurs can pitch their startup ideas to a panel of venture capitalists and private investors. The winner at every stop of the tour has an opportunity to receive seed funding up to $100,000, led by Bam Ventures.
